The overall layout of your site is quite well put together, I just think you could be a little more subtle in your design desicions. A few more colours hinted around the website would make it far more easier on the eye, instead of just the blocks of colour. Breaking them up with more than just the text would be a great idea.
I'm also unsure of the font on your main banner, though picking a good font is hard. Remember you can edit the fonts yourself to suit your needs in photoshop, if you can't find the right one for you. The font you've chosen gives off more of a cowboy feel that anything computer like.
That looks 1000 times better! Well done in making the decicion to change the design. The colour scheme works much better and it is alot easier to find and navigate through the pages.
You will have a lot to talk about in your evaluation for this one.
There are 2 things i would say need changing, the '&' may look better on the same line as the second line of text in the navigation. Also just watch the header image, looks a little over compressed with the letters going jagged at the edges.
